Selling as 78.5 acres more or less. LOCATION: This farm is located approximately 1 mile South of Henderson, Nebraska on the blacktop. GENERAL INFORMATION: FSA records indicate there are 72.4 cropland acres with a corn base of 70.6 acres and a .5 soybean base. The estimated 2008 FSA payment is $2,092.15. Soils consist of mostly Hastings Silt Loam and some Fillmore Silt Loam. WELL INFORMATION: The well registration number is G-004634 and was completed in November of 1954, 700 gpm, static level of 78 feet, pumping level at 94 feet, 6” pump col. diameter and a well depth of 172 feet. The irrigation engine and pump will sell with the farm. POSSESSION: Full possession upon closing subject to tenant’s lease until Feb. 28, 2009.
