LEGAL DESCRIPTON:  South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4) of Section Twenty Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North,  Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  Selling as sixty-nine (69) acres more or less.

LOCATIONThis tract is located approximately 3 1/ 2 miles West of York, Nebraska on HWY 34.

REAL ESTATE TAXES:  2007 real estate taxes were $3,196.46, parcel # 930192125 & #930061462.  2008 and any prior years taxes will be paid in full by seller.
