FSA INFORMATION: The FSA records indicated there are 24 cropland acres. The feed grain base is 22.9 acres, corn and 1.1 acres, soybeans. The 2010 FSA payment was $449.00. This tract does not contain a wetland or farmed wetland acres. There are no HEL acres on this farm.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: The 2010 real estate taxes are $477.12. All 2010 taxes and prior years will be paid by the sellers prior to closing. Parcel ID #93022629.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: We will sell tract #1 followed by tract #2 with no combinations being offered.
