GENERAL INFORMATION: This farm will be selling as 131 acres with the balance of approximately 29 acres enrolled in a wetland preserve program with a permanent easement attached. The 29 acres will be deeded over to the new owner but the farm will be selling as 131 acres times the price per acre bid. GENERAL INFORMATION: FSA records indicate there are 78.1 acres of cropland with a corn base of 74 acres and a soybean base of 2.3 acres. The estimated 2008 FSA payment is $2,595.00.
WELL INFORMATION: The well registration number is G-040937 with the completion date of January 1974. The well pumps 900 gpm with a static level of 90 feet, a pumping level of 114 feet, an 11” diameter pump column and a well depth of 247 feet. Soils consist of mostly Hastings Silt Loam. This farm sells with a 292 Chevy power unit with cart, gauges, clutch and cooling coil.
POSSESSION: Full possession upon closing subject to tenant’s lease until Feb. 28, 2009.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: The 2007 real estate taxes were $2,447.78. 2008 and any prior years taxes will be paid in full by seller.
