(Selling as 160 acres) Tract #2, Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) includes E1/2 vacated road of Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska. LOCATION: From Waco Exit #360 on I-80 five (5) miles South on the West side of road.

REAL ESTATE TAXES: The 2005 real estate taxes were on Tract #1 ( SE1/4) $ 3,675.58, and on Tract #2 (SW 1/4) $ 5,502.38. 2006 and all prior year taxes will be paid by sellers.
