TRACT #3:  South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2SE1/4) in Section Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  This farm will be selling as 80 acres.  It consists of 78.3 acres cropland with 65.6 acres, corn and 12.7 acres, grain sorghum with an estimated payment of $1,555.00.  This farm is predominately Hastings Silt Loam.  The 2006 real estate taxes were $1,973.08.  This farm is located approximately 3 miles North and 1/ 2 mile East of Thayer, Nebraska.

TRACT #4:  North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) in Section Seventeen (17), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  This farm will be selling as 80 acres.  It consists of 78 acres cropland with 58.4 acres, corn; 11.4 acres, soybean; and 8.2 acres, grain sorghum with an estimated payment of $1,446.00.  This farm is predominately Hastings Silt Loam.  The 2006 real estate taxes were $2,363.10.  This farm is located approximately 4 miles West and 2 1/ 2 miles North of Thayer, Nebraska.
