LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Thirty Three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M. York County, Nebraska. Selling as 160 irrigated acres more or less. DIRECTIONS: On Hwy 81 North of York go four miles to Road 19, then West 3 1/ 2 miles. Farm is on the North side of the road.
GENERAL INFORMATION: The FSA records indicate there are 157.6 cropland acres. The feed grain base is 140.2 acres, corn; 0.1 acres, grain sorghum; and 12.5 acres, soybeans.
