LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2SE1/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th P.M., Butler County, Nebraska
LOCATION: Farm is located 4 miles East and one mile North of Gresham, Nebraska (21st & C Road, Butler County). This farm lies in Southwest Butler County on the Seward County line.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: The 2004 taxes were $1,981.14 and will be paid by the seller. The 2005 taxes will be paid by the buyer.
POSSESSION: Will sell subject to lease but lease buy-out option is available.
