LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2NE1/4) in Section Two (2), Township Nine (9) North, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  Selling as 80 acres more or less.

LOCATION:  From the I-80 & Hwy 81 intersection, take the 1 st corner South, then East 4 miles, then 2 miles South and back East 1 /2 mile.  Located on South side of road.

GENERAL INFORMATION:  FSA records indicate there are 80 acres farmland with 43.6 acres of cropland and the balance in pasture.  There is a wheat base of 8.1 acres, grain sorghum base of 27.4 acres, and soybean base of 8.1 acres.  The estimated 2008 FSA payment is $852.00.
