LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) in Section Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska.  Selling as 80 dryland acres more or less.

DIRECTIONS:  Take I-80 Exit #360 South 5 miles to County Road 5, go East 2 miles then 1/ 2 mile North and 1 1/ 2 miles East.

SOILS:  Predominately Hord Silt Loam 1-3 slope, Hastings Silt Loam

GENERAL INFORMATION:  The FSA records indicate there are 66.7 cropland acres.  The feed grain base is 9.5 acres, wheat; 45.7 acres, grain sorghum; and 9.3 acres, soybeans.  The estimated 2011 FSA payment is $1,344.00.  This payment is subject to change.  This tract does not contain a wetland or farmed wetland acres. There are no HEL acres on this farm.

REAL ESTATE TAXES:  The 2011 taxes are $2,445.52.  All 2011 and prior years will be paid by sellers prior to closing.  Parcel ID #930001915.
