Ross Ronne - Auctioneer/Manager, Licensed Realtor
Ross graduated from the Missouri Auction School in February 2004. Ross has been with the firm since 1990 and has assisted with numerous auctions throughout the years. Ross specializes in
auction set-up and organization of the sale. His background includes several years of farming and is a native to this area which gives him a wide range of knowledge with the farm
and equipment sales.
Michelle Ronne - Cashier, Owner
Michelle started with Norm Green Realty & Auction in 1990. However, her sister, Kristi, and herself, being daughters
of the late Norm Green, actually started helping with auctions when they were little girls. They have been around this business all of their lives and learned the business
over the years from their father. Michelle is currently the broker and manager of the whole office. You can see Michelle helping out in all areas of the business including
cashiering for sales. Her main focus for auctions is marketing and managing.
Kristi Dewey - Cashier, Auction Administrator, Owner Kristi has been with the firm since 1997 and is a stickler for accuracy. All auctions are balanced to the penny
and advertising of the sale, clerking and organization of all the auctions are done with great pride, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Floyd Gloystein - Clerk
Floyd has been a cashier with the firm since the 1980's. He has been a staple of this team and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the auction business. Floyd also assists and
heads up much of the auction set-up and has a very good background in assessing valuables and antiques for a sale.
Doug Geis - Ringman
Doug helps in the ring whenever he can. He is a brother to Steve and the two men do a great job catching bids and sorting items for sale.
Steve Geis - Ringman
Steve has been helping Norm Green Realty & Auction for several years with all auctions and is knowledgeable as well about all types of sales.
Tom Luethje - Ringman
Tom has helped out the Green Team throughout the past years as a ringman and does a great job. If you’ve been to one of our sales you’ll know if Tom’s there or not! He knows the product and knows the people, which makes a very effective ringman!
Bill Winkelman - Auctioneer/Ringman
Bill Winkelman came on board with the Green Team after the passing of Tom Bailey w/ Bailey & Associates, where he worked as an auctioneer/ringman for several years. Bill has been an auctioneer for many years and may be best known as the owner/auctioneer of the York Sale Barn.
Wes Tonniges - Ringman
Wes recently started with the Green Team as a Ringman. Wes also has experience setting up sales with great effectiveness.
Dawn McIlravy - Clerk/Cashier
You’ll see Dawn in many aspects of the business. Dawn specializes in computers and is a valuable asset with our Internet “Proxibid” at auctions. She also clerks and cashiers the new computerized auction system!
Ginny Driewer
Ginny has been assisting Norm Green Realty & Auction the
past few years and specializes in set-up, organization and is very
knowledgeable about antiques which assists us in creating very educated
advertising and cataloging for all types of sales. You'll also see Ginny
helping the auctioneers ring on the day of auction describing the items as
we sell them!
Daren Rediger - Ringman/Auction Set-up
Daren joined The Green Team Auction staff a couple years ago and assists in the set-up of auctions and as a ringman. Daren works full-time at Abengoa Bio-energy.
Teresa Bair - Auction Clerk/Cashier
Teresa has been an
auction clerk/cashier over the last couple of years. Teresa’s great with our computer system.
Lori Sahling - Clerk/Cashier
Lori began helping clerk and cashier at auctions earlier this year. She picked up the systerm fast and is very friendly.
